Position
As a CRM Program Manager, you will lead a large business change program to define and implement the CRM/ERP solution, replacing and extending current core systems across the DTG businesses. You will be responsible for the successful migration of all customers, processes and product lines to the new environment. You will be responsible for the overall accountability for the successful delivery of the full program including business and technical changes, ensuring adherence to timescale, quality and budget. You will alsoguide and resolve program-level issues, and any day-to-day operational issues that impact the smooth running of the CRM/ERP program.

Candidate
• University degree with a minimum of 8 years project / program management experience, preferably in a range of service based business environments.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of large technology enabled change programs (on time, on budget, to required quality).
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage senior stakeholders up to Board level within a complex, international environment.
• Management of external vendors including agreement of scope, contractual and commercial issues.
• A track record of delivering to time and budget.
• Personal skills: positive attitude, self-motivated, good team player, plans ahead, manages time effectively.
