Are you the new Marketing Database Analyst within Japan Tobacco International?

We are looking for a Marketing Database Analyst

You are a member of the Strategy Team and in that role responsible for making detailed analyses and reporting based on JTI quantitative data coming from multiple sources. You’re expected to safeguard data quality, manage databases, upload data into management tools such as Siebel (Oracle) and execute queries. Will have a supporting role in category management and other key account projects. You will be in close contact with all parties delivering data and works closely with the other members of the SI-department, local systems lead and key account management.

Main responsibilities
• Maintaining information databases and uploading data into management tools such as Siebel (Oracle) and other quantitative data sources.
• Executing queries and programming standard reports in various management tools and databases.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of JTI and competitor brands across channels, regions and retail.
• Reporting and analysis on KPI’s such as distribution, share of shelf, product rotation and programme effectiveness.
• Manage and distribute management information within the organization, fulfil data requests and standard reporting templates.
• Supporting in category management projects under supervision of channel management

• HBO degree and knowledge of databases and computers;
• Knowledge of Marketing Intelligence;
• Experience in quantitative analysis and in working with databases;
• Knowledge of Siebel is a pré;
• Significant and proven experience with PC literacy (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint);
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English;
• Results oriented and planning own job;
• Analytical, accurate and structured
