Senior IT Business Demand Manager Engineering

Tomorrow you manage the portfolio of business related IT projects in the engineering business Today you meet ASML's international ICT division is striving for operational excellence by implementing extensive improvement programs that will boost quality and reliability, reduce costs, and minimize risks in our crucial day-to-day operations. The ICT division is responsible for information management, infrastructure and key business processes.

Your responsibilities
Your major challenge is to manage the portfolio of Business Related IT projects with the engineering sectors within ASML. Ensure proper processes exist and are followed for the collection of demand, translation, scoping, prioritization, resource management. You’re accountable for all the phases in project management [e.g. Prince2] from Demand mandate, to Project initiation document, to execution and proper transfer/embedding to operations and the business

You have a Masters Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years experience in handling complex business (preferably engineering) process with a strong IT backbone, involving employees and managers at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and service providers. Intensive experience in business process design and negotiating skills are a must. Program & change Management experience besides practical Business Process Management experience (L2 Process Specific) is also necessarily. You’re a team player with proven leadership, outstanding communication skills, superior influencing and negotiating skills. Ability to drive cultural change and provide leadership for IT Governance & Portfolio Management throughout the company. Fluent in Dutch and English.
