Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (Systems and Processes)

Key-tasks and responsibilities
The Supply Chain SME is responsible for continuous improvement of processes and systems within the supply chain with a focus on Planning and Order Management Systems.

You are:
• Capable of identifying procedural or systemic improvements and to translate these into functional specifications and system requirements.
• The driver of Project Management for regional supply chain projects and the person who represents the Europe Region in global Supply Chain projects.
• The liaise between business process owners and regional and global IT departments.
• The creator of test plans and executor/manager of tests in line with the needed specifications for the business.
• Responsible for creation of training material and training of departments affected by changes in processes and systems.

Education and experience
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or IT (Supply Chain Systems) at a bachelor level;
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and skills
• Well developed social skills for communication with different departments and within different levels
• Strong Analytical and Conceptual skills for the creation of requirements and reports.
• Able to easily read an organization and her processes.
