Baan: SAP CRM programme manager - Assendelft

Position
The SAP CRM programme manager is responsible for the roll out and management of the world wide SAP CRM program within Forbo Flooring Systems. The system is currently in the roll out phase throughout all our locations. The global template enables around 1.000 users to apply the system. The SAP CRM programme manager will manage the forthcoming implementation in several markets. After the global roll out the SAP CRM programme manager will be responsible for future improvements of the system and projects for creating additional functionality. The successful candidate will report to the Director Information Systems Flooring.

Job requirements
Our ideal candidate should have a University Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management or a similar education, preferably combined with a technical study or work background. You should be able to demonstrate relevant work experience of at least 7-8 years in leading complex Logistics / IT projects / CRM programmes. Your in-depth knowledge of the impact of changes and the ability to secure commitment for your projects are vital. Combining extensive project management and analytical skills with a hands-on approach is paramount. Fluent in English speaking and writing; Dutch, German and French language skills would be an advantage. SAP experience would be considered a plus.

Location
You will be based in Assendelft, the Netherlands, just north of Amsterdam. You must be ready and willing to travel internationally (approximately 30%).
