Product Architect Litho System Architecture

The Product Architect Litho System Architecture reports to the group lead Litho System Architecture.

Your responsibilities
Mission of the job is to design Wafer Fab Applications. Wafer Fab Applications typical involve close functional interaction between ASML’s various platforms for Computational Lithography (Tachyon), Wafer Exposure (TWINSCAN), Wafer Metrology (YieldStar) and Off-tool Application Servers (OTAS). Interaction with customer automation systems is key for these products. The job involves interaction with System Engineers, Application Engineers en product developers. Part of the time will be spent in multi-disciplinary project teams.

University level education in science, preferably software engineering related. At least 10 years experience with system architecture and software architecture. Good communicative skills, a team player, powers of persuasion, knowledge of patterns and anti-patterns, analytical, practical, good knowledge of English.
